I do not suffer from an eating disorder. I’ve always had a low self-esteem and I’m still working on it. So thank you for all your concerns however I do not need any advice on healthy eating or gaining weight! This was a way for me to express myself its only art in my opinion it’s nothing serious.

This is what many women think of themselves when they see all the pretty skinny models on the covers of magazines, on TV, and in films, that they should go on a diet to lose weight, which is an unhealthy thought.
In the UK, 1 in 100 women aged between 15 and 30, suffers from anorexia.

Reports show girls as young as five years of age have weight concerns, and think about going on a diet.
This was horrifying to find out, just to think that the media is influencing us to think this way, secretly programming our minds to automatically think that we are too fat!

So love you’re the body the way god indented it to be, tbh most models have been airbrushed and photoshoped in glamour magazines. So don't believe everything you see.

I know it’s not only the media it’s also peer pressure due to bullying and putting people in categories buy the way they look. I’ve been there trust me. People need to learn to love themselves before they can judge and tell people how they look when really they should double check in the mirror before they open their mouth!

my thoughts have never been about weight, how much a girl (or anybody really) weights doesn't matter. what matters is how healthy you are, you could be 5'6" and weight 125 but if you aren't healthy, I wouldn't be bothered to look at you.

rules of being healthy:
eat right (4-5 meals a day, just smaller portions)
exercise (cardio is the way to go, keep that heart working, at least an hour a day)
get some sleep (women need 6 hours of sleep a night, men need 8)
keep the stress level down (this is where the cardio can come in handy)

if you do that, you'll look healthy, you'll feel healthy, and most of all, you'll actually BE healthy...

hope that helps.

I totally agree. It's horrifying to see very young girls how they try to lose weight all the time and destroy their bodies!

thank you for agreeing with me. yes it is very true& it hurts me too see such young girls dieting& things cos they think that they need lose weight when in reality they don't. i just think that the medea pressures woman to think that they need look thin when in fact they should be happy with their size& body shape.

But she's not fat she's hot! And even if someone is actually plus sized, when are people gonna learn that beaty is in the eye of the beholder? That means that it depends on a person's own mindset as to what they see and what they like. Our mindset distorts our vision, and society seems to have one major shared and common mindset and it's set to unrealistically thin!

what is wrong with our society...?, whoever thinks that you need to loose weight looking like is insane, i'm sure you're completely healthy! your BMI is for sure within the "normal" range.
